ANCIENT GUARDIANS OF THE DEEP: The Venusian Ocean Civilization Theory

Navy radar specialists witness four mysterious craft emerge from the ocean depths and vanish at impossible speeds, adding weight to a startling theory: what if intelligent beings from Venus colonized Earth’s oceans long ago without our knowledge?

In the vast expanse of our oceans, a mystery deeper than the waters themselves may be unfolding. There are three planets in the solar system within the “habitable zone” – Earth, Mars, and Venus. Scientists believe Mars had habitable conditions a long time ago, as did Venus.

Recently, astrobiologists made a groundbreaking discovery: potential evidence of life in Venus’s upper clouds. The findings indicated the presence of phosphine, a rare and often poisonous gas that, on Earth, is typically associated with living organisms.

An intriguing theory has emerged suggesting that intelligent life may have been on Venus at one time. According to this hypothesis, these advanced Venusians developed sufficient technology to travel within our solar system, eventually reaching Earth to study it.

It is believed that Venus once maintained a stable temperature between 20 and 50 degrees Celsius, creating conditions potentially favorable for organic life to survive. When these alleged Venusian explorers arrived on Earth, they encountered a frozen planet – the “snowball Earth” period – our ice age. Despite harsh surface conditions, liquid water existed beneath the frozen ocean surface, particularly near geothermal springs, providing potential habitable environments.

During this early period of Earth’s history, some researchers speculate that these theorized intelligent beings from Venus may have watched us as we gained more and more of our own knowledge to take us forward from building fire to possibly a more modern age.

The possible Venusian anatomy remains a mystery, as does their decision not to emerge onto land on Earth (at least we have no evidence of that they did).  Perhaps their technology had advanced to such a degree that surface habitation became unnecessary. They might also have developed a moral code preventing interference with Earth’s life forms – a kind of Star Trek “Prime Directive.”

But perhaps the Venusians did land on Earth – and are still here.  The National Oceanic Survey reports that only 5 percent of Earth’s oceans have been explored and charted, particularly the waters below the surface. The remaining 95 percent remains largely undiscovered and unseen by humans.

Proponents of this Venusian theory suggest it explains why some UFO technologies appear almost magical – not because they’re supernatural, but because they represent technology far more advanced than our own.

The hypothesis offers an alternative to theories involving interstellar travelers, lost civilizations, or even time travelers. It potentially explains why, despite their apparent presence on Earth – manifested through flying and underwater vehicles with seemingly impossible capabilities – these entities haven’t established open contact with humanity.

According to this theory, Venusians have inhabited Earth just as long as we have, colonizing our planet without our ever being aware. To comprehend their technological capabilities.

This perspective might explain why these entities appear concerned about human activity, particularly regarding nuclear weapons, population growth, and environmental destruction. If Venusians colonized Earth a long time ago – and are possibly still here in our oceans – they may have equal claim to the planet. Human environmental destruction threatens not just our habitat but potentially theirs as well.

The theory even addresses ancient legends about “gods” from Venus who taught humans agriculture and provided foundational technologies that enabled human civilization’s development.

Recent naval encounters provide intriguing evidence that might support aspects of this unusual theory. In February 2023, Navy sailors aboard the USS Jackson off Southern California’s coast recorded video footage of unidentified aerial phenomena (UAP) that reportedly emerged from the ocean.

This incident bears striking similarities to the famous “Tic Tac” UAP event of 2004, which occurred in the same waters and was initially investigated by a secret Defense Intelligence Agency program based in Las Vegas.

Following Congressional hearings on UAPs where Rear Admiral Timothy Gallaudet encouraged witnesses to come forward, Senior Chief Operations Specialist Alexandro Wiggins shared his experience. Wiggins, a 23-year Navy veteran who grew up in Las Vegas, learned about the circulating video and connected with filmmaker Jeremy Corbell, who released the footage on his podcast “Weaponized.”

As a radar specialist aboard the USS Jackson, Wiggins’ primary responsibility was identifying objects in the air near the ship. He and others in the combat information center observed curious objects on their screens. “To my surprise, which is something I’ve never witnessed, was a light I noticed on the horizon, it looked as if it were surfacing out of the water and going up,” Wiggins recalled.

Returning to the combat center, Wiggins examined the SAFIRE System, a thermal sensor that detected not one but two tic-tac-shaped objects. Neither displayed any evidence of exhaust or known propulsion systems.

Initially observing one object, then a second, the crew was stunned to discover there were four in total when they zoomed out of their view. The objects suddenly departed northeast simultaneously in what Wiggins described as “two steps behind instantaneous.”

Marik von Rennenkampff, a former US Defense and State Department analyst, investigated air traffic records and found no planes or helicopters that could explain the four objects witnessed by the Navy crew.

Jeremy Corbell’s “Weaponized” podcast on YouTube featured this exclusive footage provided by an unnamed U.S. Navy officer, showing four “Tic Tac”-shaped UAPs encountered by the USS Jackson’s personnel in 2023.

One of the mysterious vehicles was observed transitioning seamlessly from water to air, demonstrating remarkable “transmedium” capabilities. It lacked visible flight control surfaces and conventional propulsion indicators such as heat plumes or exhaust.

The UAPs then performed a synchronized, instantaneous departure. Their operator, purpose, capabilities, origin, and intent remain unknown, and the craft remain unidentified.

In total, Navy personnel documented four smooth, oval-shaped objects similar to the “Tic Tac UFOs” first filmed in 2004 and frequently observed near U.S. military vessels since then.

One sailor told News 8 Now: “All we witnessed was all four of them. All in synchronous, jetting into the abyss. All four, all timed together and all left. And we were like holy s***. The second they left, maybe three, four seconds pass, I run to my station and I look at my radar, they’re all off radar. That’s it, they all zoomed off.”

“It’s clear that they’re in communication with one another and synchronized like three, two, one countdown. Let’s all go. I think unless there’s some level of like one entity controlling all four and then they all leave at the same time.”

According to Corbell, “people in war zones” have long observed anomalous flying machines that, unlike familiar drones, have no wings, tails, propellers, or motors.

“I don’t think it’s ours. I suspect there are better places where we could demonstrate this equipment to unsuspecting sailors. It just doesn’t make sense,” von Rennenkampff commented.

Wiggins noted that the USS Jackson did not file any formal notice about the incident because the “tic tacs” weren’t close enough to the ship and displayed no hostile intent. Regarding the Pentagon’s UFO office, the All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO), current and former military personnel have expressed distrust in its operations.

Notably, Wiggins had previously served on the USS Omaha, one of ten Navy warships approached by dozens of unidentified objects in the same area in 2019. Radar returns and thermal images documented multiple large, circular objects around the USS Omaha for over an hour, with one disappearing into the sea.

“I am skeptical myself as to what I saw that day,” Wiggins admitted. “Maybe one day I’ll know what that was, and I’ll be like 80 or 90 years old, and it’ll be normalized like… the stealth fighter or Area 51. At some point, it’ll be public, but then I’ll be old.”

Whether these mysterious transmedium craft represent evidence of ancient Venusian colonists or some other explanation remains uncertain. What seems increasingly clear from military encounters is that something unexplained continues to demonstrate capabilities far beyond current human technology, moving effortlessly between sea and sky with apparent intelligence and purpose.
