Five men went to a basketball game in 1978 and somehow ended up on a mountain road 70 miles in the wrong direction, where they abandoned their working car and vanished into the wilderness. When searchers found some of them months later, the evidence made even less sense than their disappearance… including finding the body of one man who died of starvation despite being surrounded by food.
