“A Terrifying Tale on Halloween” by Kelly’s Magic Realm
This is a short story that I wrote! It is about a mysterious case of murder. The police arrested a man called Fred Riley Aka the Halloween Killer. The only eye witness they had vanished. With not much to go on they are not sure if they have arrested the right man. But a trail of blood makes it appear there is more that meets the eye in this story.
