Your physical and mental health rely heavily on your ability to get enough sleep. If you don’t get a goods night rest, you are putting yourself at risk for heart disease, kidney disease, high blood pressure, heart failure and in extreme cases- passing away. So that’s why it’s really important for adults to get at least 7-9 hours of sleep each night in order to function at your best. So, next time you’re are caught sleeping in class, just tell your teacher that you are taking care of your health.
