IN THIS EPISODE: Algernon Blackwood’s novella, “The Willows”, was originally published as part of Blackwood’s 1907 collection “The Listener and Other Stories”. It is one of his best known works and has been influential on a number of later writers. In fact, horror author H.P. Lovecraft considered “The Willows” to be the finest supernatural tale in English literature.
